Question about Magic for XP Weekend!

I currently have 71 magic, and i'm probably going to end up leveling magic as my skill.. I have 95m in cash, and wanting to do magic. Anyone have a suggested or recommended way to do it which is kind of money efficient and good xp? I know alching is one, but i'm seeing if there's any new ways that are faster and whatnot, Thanks!

Bursting rock lobsters would get you really good XP and charms for summoning.

 

I'm not sure but Mage training arena? ( I don't think mini games count in 2x weekend) :S

 

Yeah it should still count, you aren't getting extra xp as a reward from the mini game like you do Soul Wars or Pest Control. Your just casting normal spells, so you should still get x2 exp. Just as when your fighting INSIDE Pest Control, you should still receive the x2 bonus, the only time you wouldn't get it is when you cash in your points.

 

bursting rock lobs get you over 200k xp an hour, its more expensive but a very awesome way to get excessive amounts of charms to raise summoning =0

 

Ice burst Rock Lobsters in Waterbirth Island? I believe it's 100-160K/normally, which means you'll be getting over 300k exp an hour for the first hour or so?

I'm level 79 (came from 73 a week or so ago). Getting 80 for stun for double exp weekend. You should vulnerability-alch. like stun-alching but with vulnerability.
