Question about charging back gold sites?

I want to buy like $40 worth of rsgp of a gold site through Paypal and was just going to charge back on them because I'm a loser. These people ruin the game for us anyway. But if I charged back, could they find out who I am or something and sue me lol? If I got sued over rsgp, my mom would think I'm the biggest nerd in the world.

Not a troll thread either.. I want to charge back on their asses.

So in short: If I charge back on a gold site after buying gold, can I get in any trouble?

Don't understand why you guys are attempting to help him scam. A lot of sites are ran by highly trusted long time sythe users, and you wouldn't assist someone ti scam on sythe would you?

 

Pretty sure it is acceptable to charge back in these scenarios. I would have some proof of not receiving the goods in case someone on here questions you about it.

 

He's planning to recieve his gold then charge them back. So that he gets the go and his money.

 

My bad. I was skimming through on my phone. He should just be banned since it's technically scamming, lol.
