It wont be a problem, you can also use OMM or Middlemans, Buy from trusted users mostly, cause you're new and you're not that smart as scammers over here...

 

No, it shouldn't be an obstacle. But since you are "new" it will be MUCH harder for people to trust you and go first to you. But that shouldn't matter, because:

1) Plenty of trusted people on this site which you can go first to with no issues.
2) For all others, you can use a Middleman or Official Middleman. The difference is that OMMs go through a rigorous test, and OMMs have shown that they can be trusted as middlemen; however, many of them also charge fees.

Safest would be to buy from 500$+ donor or some verifyed gold seller. we got tons of those here. price is kinda high tho. But im sure youll get some cheap gp, just make sure you use OMM. Usually fee to pay for OMM is smaller then your possible loss when you get scammed.
