ok, i've never done this before but would like to start. i have a paypal acct with money on it, but i do not have the acct through a bank or anything. could i still buy mils from the sythe community?

People usually don't sell RSGP to credit card funded paypals as they can always chargeback.
ohh well good then lol. i cant use bank either though -_-
