1 1234567ASDF Guest Jul 7, 2010 #2 It depends how much RAM you've got, what other programs are running, and how many files you are burning. If you are burning a ton of small files to a CD it'll make it go slower. I recommend setting it at an ISO then burning it.

Keep in mind that between disks of different type, such as normal CD's and DVD's, the multiple of X that measures the speed isn't the same.
