Questing in BULK order - HCIM

[Xbritton]

Looking for someone who would like to do bulk quests (quest package) starting at 0 QP, 10 HP, Members on a HCIM account.

I just want a good base account after wintertodt. As many quests and cheapest is what i am looking for. Aiming towards getting prerequisites for RFD / Legends quest, so i am not asking for a runescape god, just someone willing to put in time to complete 100+ quests for a cheap price and to obviously not die on a HCIM.

Thanks.
