Quest list/Skills for 200QP

[BarrageFreeze]

Hi guys, I've decided to turn my BBD ALT into a rune dragon ALT.

Basically i need a list to show me what skills to get in order to get 200QP and complete DS2.

Tried looking online but can't seem to find anything simple, Want to get all the skills out the way then do a shit tonne of questing. Cheers.
