Quest All 1 Defence Pures NEED

When creating a 1 Defence Pure, these are the main quest you want to have completed, There's other quest like Desert Treasure, Monkey Madness and The Great Brain Robbery but these quest aren't really required but I do recommend doing these Quest if you want to have the best items as a pure.

The Grand Tree (18,400 Attack XP // Monkey Madness Requirement)

Making History (1,000 Prayer XP)
The Restless Ghost (1,125 Prayer XP)
Priest In Peril (1,406 Prayer XP // Desert Treasure Requirement)
Mountain Daughter (2,000 Prayer XP)
Ghost Ahoy (2,400 Prayer XP)

QUEST FOR RFD (MITHRIL GLOVES)
Cooking Assistant (300 Cooking XP)
Fishing Contest (2,437 Fishing XP)
Goblin Diplomacy (200 Crafting XP)
Gertrude's Cat (1,525 Cooking XP)
Shadow Of The Storm (10,000 XP In Your Chosen Stat)
Demon Slayer (No XP Reward)
The Golem (1,000 Crafting & Thieving XP)
Big Chompy Bird Hunting (735 Range XP, 262 Fletching XP, 1,470 Fletching XP)
(All these quest allow you to free The Dwarf, Goblins, Evil Dave, Skrach, Pirate Pete)
