[query] Top Spec Barrows Pure

So I have an oldschool RS account, its an extremely top level pure pking account. It was once a feared pker. Its fully quested and has a pretty god damn beautiful bank.

In a nutshell its stats are~:-

99att/99str/99hp/99mage/99range... it had 1 def and 31 prayer.

While I was at uni, I sold/let him use it to an IRL friend for £70 he was big on flower games. So the account has a ridiculous bank, unfortunately he got 70 def and 52 prayer on it. And even more unfortunately he cancelled his card so it has a negative JCOIN balance of about £60..

So my question is.. what would an account like this go for? is it worth paying the £60 to retrieve it? or would people pay for it with the debt on (even though I cannot prove stats as its frozen)?

Its got no bad marks, its fully OK'd bank intact, no foul play. Hasnt been used for 2 years.

But its a full 99'd account with 70 def, 52 prayer and a bank that will never end.

Welcome any opinions/suggestions on my little predicament!!

It's worth salvaging, if anything just to RWT the bank for more than the 60gbp. It could probably fetch a fair amount of cash.
