Quak's advice to not get scammed.

Hello everyone that is reading this thread. I have been scammed a few times lately and made some huge losses (40m+) but also learned a lot from it. So here's how not to get scammed.

1. Always ask the person to send a PM on the forums
2. Check the user and I mean CHECK, check on how long they have bin active their vouches heck even search their (skype) name online to see what you get.
3. See how they speak. Most of the times they don't care how much stock you have and want to buy everything as fast as possible, because they want to scam you and want to do the trade asap.
4. Never trust someone, what I mean by this is that anyone could scam you. You'll be most likely not be scammed by a $300+ donator that is verified but there's still a chance.

For the people that accept Paypal I suggest that you should use BTC way better than PP.

If you got any tips to help scamming to be prevented feel free to commend! We need to help this community to be safe for real traders out there!

Yeah man its a horrible day for the real people out there I've bin scammed to much and want to prevent it as much as possible.

 

No offence but its spelled "been" instead of "bin" just so you know

 

Thanks a bunch for the advice man, another tip, double check the skype IDs.

 

Another tip is to use a middleman; many are free of charge ^_^
