Big07Scaper scammed me

Explanation of the trade: I was buying ss gp over paypal for $2/b. I agreed I would go first. Sent my payment, he told me I had to send another because i could charge a gift back, which was a like. So I called him out on it and he says successfully delivered and stopped responding
How they scammed: Never delivered gp after payment

Can you please report that PM in the pictures via the button and also report the PM(s) you sent to him that he did not respond to?
