The Ip match was properly caused while I was at uni. You can check my home/first ip for confirmation.

I don't know how the ban was justified as zammy cape was selling an account and recovering it. And I have shown little interest in selling any accounts. That is the same story for Aurelion Sol.

Additional details/story: I got a ip match with Zammy Cape & Aurelion Sol through my university. You can check my home/first ip - Which is the ip I use most of the time. The rest are a result of using my university's internet.

I have no connection to Zammy Cape & Aurelion Sol as both those accounts were selling accounts and recovering them. And I haven't been interested in the account selling market. I don't know what else to response with due to not knowing the evidence to why I was particularly ban, other than the ban reason outlined above. As I'm slightly confused, as I was under the assumption that one needs more than just an ip match to get ban.

I posted a dispute as soon as I noticed my ban as I believed it is incorrect. Since then I haven't seen or heard about any update about it, so now I'm submitting another dispute as it might have gone unnoticed or I did an error while submitting.

The reason why I got banned, was ban evasion which is linked to the accounts 'Zammy Cape' and 'Aurellion Sol' . I believe I got a Ip match with those accounts while at my university. You can check my home ip which I mainly used while on sythe (which was my first ip, and the one Im posting from now).

Other than that I don't know why I got banned for evasion, as my account has no similarity too 'Zammy Cape' and 'Aurellion Sol'. As that person only used those accounts to sell then recover accounts. Compared to me which I've shown little interest in selling accounts so far. I asked a mod through skype what evidence was used against me as I was completely baffled to my ban, and he stated he didn't know due to him not personally banning me.
Therefore I don't know what else I can say other than that I am willing to cooperate in order to dispute this ban which I believe is incorrect.

 

I'm the one who banned you and I still stand by the ban, all 3 of you are interested in accounts (you price checked an account) and I highly doubt 3 people at the same university are into the same thing on a Runescape black market getting banned one after another while making new accounts on the same IP.

I'm open to other staff opinions.

I believe Zammy Cape & Aurelion Sol were the same person as the ban evasion report against zammy cape had sufficient amount of evidence against him Reporting Zammy Cape , and the account's he was selling were 50 attack pures. While I was price checking a 40 attack pure which I wanted to see if there is a significant price/value difference between 31 prayer and 1 prayer.

I don't know how to prove my innocence, other than that my activity on sythe is much different than those other two accounts, as the first month I was just a consumer, and had little intention to sell anything. In fact the reason why I made this account is that i was told this is where I can find someone to do Barbarian assault for me. (I didn't even have a vouch thread when that service was done, thats how little i knew about this site). While the other accounts activity was to just 'sell' and scam on the accounts straight away.

No other staff have stated their opinion in over 2 weeks, so I've decided to reinforce my dispute in order to get staff's attention/reconsideration.
The two pieces of evidence against me, is the Ip match with the banned accounts Zammy Cape & Aurelion Sol. And that I have price checked two 40 attack pures, which outlined that I am interested or involved in account selling (according to Mod Chole).


Firstly the Ip Match, as stated earlier I believe is due to a match while at university which isn't difficult to believe since it has an alumni base of over 100,000 people per year. And that it has public wifi which anyone can walk in and use. As well as that, I've seen many disputes relying on the importance of a home Ip, which I do have and have post/used 90% of the time. Which highly likely has a far physical distance from the ban users home Ip.

The other piece of evidence against me is that I have taken similar behaviour as the banned accounts, that me pricing checking two 40 attack pures (which the main difference between them is their prayer levels, to determine the impact of the prayer levels on their value). Is related to the banned users selling a 50 attack pure (which both of them were selling the exact same account). In my opinion I don't see a direct correlation between price checking a 40 attack account and someone selling a 50 attack pure. To support this, the contrast between my behaviour on sythe and the behaviour of the banned accounts is significant, mainly as I am predominantly a consumer, while Zammy Cape & Aurelion Sol were just trying to sell accounts.

I hope this information helps for the moderators to reconsider their decision about my ban.

Looking into this I can confirm there's an IP match with those two from a college which has like 30k students. That alone wouldn't be enough. Just to add Zammy Cape was banned for ban evading Aurelion Sol who was banned for ban evading @Lipstic. Their ban is correct as it was a home IP match. Comparing their and Mr.King's IP match I can say they live very close. Same state/region, slight difference in longitude. Difference though is that Lipstic guy has a fetish with VPN's (EGIHosting) and Mr.King hasn't logged from a VPN even once (quickly checked). I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

I can agree with a removal so I've gone ahead and lifted your ban.
