QBDyce Disputing Ban for "Attempted Scamming"

I want to take this opportunity to explain why I am banned and why I think I shouldn't be banned for what I did. I was banned for "Attempted Scamming" in Sand Box section, a free giveaway thread by Elite Ranks. The way the giveaway was setup by Tino (who I am very familiar with and have had many conversations with - made my signature and avatar) is that you were to roll on a 10,000 sided dice, and certain numbers win you prizes ranging from about 10m eoc - 200m eoc. The mod/admin who banned me (not sure which because there was no scam report) thought that I was deleting my rolls and re-rolling to try and cheat the giveaway. I just want to mention that I have single vouches that are ~$1000 worth of gold sold. I do not need nor would've claimed the prize if I would've won. I was simply seeing if other users were able to cheat in the giveaway, which I later got my answer when I saw my ban: NO. I do apologize if it looked like I was trying to scam Elite Ranks in their giveaway, but that was certainly not the case at all. If on an off chance I did win, I wouldn't have claimed the prize. I have tried to be a positive influence on others in the Sythe community since my pardon got accepted on June 1st. I have accumulated ~35 vouches in one month with many successful transactions. I posted a pardon regarding this issue; however when looking back on it, I felt a dispute would be more appropriate (just FYI, my pardon never got approved by admin to be posted, so it can be deleted if it causes an issue). I hope you agree with me in saying that this isn't a valid reason to ban me and I appreciate your time and this opportunity to continue what I have started on Sythe.org.
