Q: PayPal Card, for Account? Acceptable?

    Hey! Good Friend here.

I have known about this site for many years, and until recently i have gotten my shit together with work and stuff. I have therefore also gotten back into runescape. With saying that. I do not trust Paypal, and what not with linking my bank account and stuff online. Which leads me to my question.

    PayPal Load Card

    http://tctechcrunch2011.files.wordpress.com/2012/12/paypal-my-cash-card-212x300.jpg?w=212
(I have no clue how to get the image to pop up so i linked it)

If i loaded a specific type of money onto the card, and gave someone the Pin number, to load it onto their PayPal, would that be acceptable? I do understand i could get ripped off, account get recovered, but what im saying is im a legit buyer, im not looking to scam anyone. I will not use PayPal therefore i cannot do what they call a "charge back". I just want to buy an account, preferably a main account to call mine for ever, and make it my permanent. It will be taken care of, if a owner would be willing to legit give me all the info dating back to creation, recoveries and everything.

    Ultimately saying all this
, I have been ripped off once on this site sense i started back. I will not mention any names, but the mother fucker had vouches, and i bought a nice account for some GP. He had recovery questions on it, and little did i know i forgot to delete then/ change to my own.. He seemed legit on skype and everything. I continued to talk to him for a few days then all of a sudden i couldn't log in. With using an google authenticator too. That gets me into another discussion about the horrible account security they have came out with. but anyways don't mind my rambling, and please answer my question.

    Thanks! :)

Paying with a mycash card is safe for the seller. Only buying from a trusted seller will be safe for you.

This is a good payment option to consider using if you really trust the person who sold you the account, because once they redeem the card the money is gone! There is no way for you to get it back. Be careful who you trust with said payment option.
