Is it possible to remove a CD Key and replace it with your own?

Lets say I bought a low digit account and came with it is its HL1 Key. Lets say it was an authentic key that was used on the account. Is it possible that I ask support to delete that key and I’ll replace it with a new one that I bought myself?

If I make a really good story on my support thread, will steam support do it?

By the way. I’m talking about deleting the key itself through steam support and not just remove the game from my library.

 

This is not possible. You can only hope the account doesn't get recovered. You can buy a new game on the account and that'll help you retrieve it later as proof of purchase.
