Pyro conspiracy?

[precise]

Reading this: I see that Pyro was banned in January
http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=148465&highlight="pyro

And then he was just recently banned?

Is this a conspiracy of mods allowing people to come back and scam again?

I could be missing details, but clarification would be great.

He was never banned until today, end of story.
