EVERY QUEST FREE [EXCLUDING Mourning's Ends PT 1 & 2]
Any Quest Ranked HARD according to RuneHQ's Quest Page, will Require All Items To Be Brought Beforehand.
Any EASY Or MEDIU M Quest Will Require Either The Items, Or The Cash Provided To pay For The Items.
Any quest page on RuneHQ That notes 43 Prayer is Usefull / A Must - You MUST Have It. No Exceptions.

Here to fix that up!
