Pvp Items, Brawling Gloves.

Tomorrow, as you all know, is the date in which Jagex said they will announce weather or not the old wilderness and trading will come back.
However..
One thing a lot of people probably haven't taken into account is pvp armor/weapons.

Vesta's, Statius, Zurials, and Morrigan's have some of the most powerful gear and weaponry in the game. However, if Jagex is taking out pvp worlds and bounty hunter worlds.. how will these items be acquired after tomorrow?
Unless they incorporate them somehow into old-school pvp, or make them a monster drop.. I don't know how the market for them will survive.
It's my personal opinion that the pvp armors and weapons will become discontinued items. You know what that means?
Huge price increases on all of these items.
However, I wouldn't be suprised if they incorporate them into old-school pvp. Maybe a reward system with Pk points similar to that of a private server. Or maybe as just a completely random drop. Who knows. Even then, I still see a huge increase in the prices.

Also: Brawlers.
I think they will be made so that as long as you are in the wildy, you will get 2x exp. However, that won't help much because most skills that those really, really help with can't be done quickly in the wildy. Who knows. Personally, I say use them while you can.

They have already announced that there will be a similar substitute for PvP and BH worlds. Vesta/Statius/Zuriel/Morrigan will not become rare at all and brawlers will stay, no need to use them all up.

 

Possibly..
You get points for killing players.
Certain amount of points will let you buy the pvp gear.

I would love to see them remove all the gear.
Give players gp for them for current trade price.

They say it won't, but on the same note.
Did they think Partyhats, Santas, Masks, or any of those items would become rare? No.
Besides, these have a practical use. They won't be bought just for rarity if they do become discontinued.

These will not become discontinued. A substitute for PvP and BH will become available to those who wish to play them where these will still be dropped.

No worries. They've learned from past events that discontinued items that you are able to trade are bad news.

 

Yeah this has been brought up already, they're not discontinuing them.

And brawlers give 4x the xp. Just saying ;P

Alching for 260 exp/cast is dank isn't it?

 

Yeah I had 4 pair and they only lasted like 2.5 hours. (I think they only last 700 or so alchs)

 

Stunning for 320 exp/cast is better.

 

@christmasCracker. I would like this point system add on to pk old. It would be nice if rs could keep count of kill death spread and kill count to see just how good u really are. on topic i do think pvp items will stay but will gotten different.
