    Guys- BELIEVE THIS- It has been confirmed by SEVERAL Player Moderators via in game chats.

    The REASON he can't post the full forum is most likely this: If you were a HIGHLY RESPECTED member of Runescape and had achieved MODERATOR STATUS- Would you want to Jeopardize it over a silly leaked? update?
