Banned for someone impersonating me

So today I ordered some gold from scapestock as I've done multiple times before, upon receiving the OSRS gold I purchased, they ask me to please leave a vouch on sythe, as I usually do, - so I click their link and I login to sythe and upon logging in, it tells me that I am banned till the 6th of September. I can't access anything on your site or contact anyone but it shows me the link to the reporting of my account. So I ask my buddy to please access the link and show me what it says. First of all, I've never done any kind of trading through sythe at all, the only reason I've used sythe ever is to look for OSRS gold sellers to find cheap gold prices, as you can tell from post history I've ordered quite a few times, and left vouches, that's all I've ever done on this site. I don't engage in any form of trading except buying OSRS gold for my own personal use. That discord account is not mine, I only have one discord account named xen#1337, - upon looking through the supposed evidence against me it's apparent that there's no confirmation through sythe that this guy that impersonated me is in fact "x3n" on the forums other than he just links a random account & it surely surprises me that you guys just ban a random person that this guy just found on the forums that had absolutely nothing to do with this not to mention with such weak evidence, which is none.

Like mentioned I barely use this site and only for one purpose, honestly I don't mind waiting this out as I just figured out about this and my ban apparently expires the 6th of September, I guess I just don't like the fact of my account being falsely flagged by someone "impersonating" me (aka just linking a random profile).

You must Request a Pardon. I suggest you leave the impersonating excuse behind because there's no way in hell I'm going to believe someone would want to impersonate a newly made profile with 7 posts.
