Putting Together Rsps Team

Hello everyone, my name is Daniel, and I'm putting together an RSPS team. If you fit into one of the categories below please PM me.

Co- Coder (somebody who can code in addition to myself (This person is the Co-Owner of the server.)

Hoster (This means your computer will be online at ALL times. People tend to look down upon non-24/7 servers.)

(This person will become the first moderator, and since once the server gets up and running and we buy a VPS using donations, the hoster will not be needed any longer, BUT they will keep their rank as a MOD.)

Site/Server manager- This person is responsible for putting the server online (doing the portforwarding, hosting the no-ip, and things like that.)

This person becomes an ADMIN. (the reason for becoming an Admin and not a Co-Owner is because they only play a large roll in the server in the beginning, but they are more or less very important as they will still have many of the OWNER rights in-game. (Also- this person may be doing small jobs involving the site and maybe some ingame things after the server is up and running.)




I would just like to make a few things clear:
1. I am looking for people that speak English WELL. ( "I is so rich i wud pwn zezima." DOES NOT COUNT AS GOOD ENGLISH.)

2. I am not very patient with fraudulent people, if you haven't coded or started a RSPS before and your on Google trying to figure it out, you definitely don't count as a coder.

3. Some of the main things I'm looking for is experience, maturity, responsibility.

All other In-game staff will be chosen after the server is online. All donations are split 40-40-20. (40% for me- 40% for Co-owner and 20% to the Assistant.

The goal of this project is to start a "semi-serious" RSPS, and I am not looking to take this "over board" but when people start advertising " sup bitches, im startin a server and i need some pplz so hit meh up." it tends to attract the retarded and incompetent abusers.

The goal is to have this server up within a few weeks if not sooner.

Just to be clear, I am a well experienced coder and I am pretty good at website stuff.

LASTLY! ONCE I GET A REASONABLE TEAM PUT TOGETHER, WE WILL DISCUSS INDIVIDUAL JOBS AND WHAT NOT. THIS IS A TEAM EFFORT SO I WILL BE VERY FAIR WITH DECISIONS AND DONATIONS.

 

This is what will happen

1) server is getting donations
2) you tell the hoster you don't need him anymore
3) hoster makes himself owner and ip bans you
4) hoster keeps donations and shuts down the server
