after a few minutes he wanted 4m

Anything else you can provide that might help: well i got on the account and everything worked , he asked me did i set up the recovery questions i said yes , did i change the pass i said yes , he must have know that new recovery questions take about 7 days to setup , so he recoveried the account 3rd day because i wasnt at home i was at my grandparents house helping them , i just came on the account to go lvl it and i see that the account is locked , because he has tried to recover it but failed to many times .

I have contacted him but no answer , im stupid because i thought i could buy a account over sythe and not get scammed , well i desirve it im stupid for trusting sythe .Its my first time buying a account for rsgp i have never before bought a account or sold one :'( and now im scammed . If any of the info is needed i can give you everything the username, pass , pm's everything .

 

If you can prove that he sent you the account (you bought it), as well as prove that he hasn't responded to your recovery requests, then I'll ban him.

 

He said he will give me a refund saying he is online and will give me a refund im ingame and waiting for him but nothing not a pm on forums or on runescape , i will wait a little more

well i have just checked the account once more to see if maybe it works , and i see that he has recovered it so im hopping that he is going to contact me soon .

 

well he has fully recovered the account and he hasnt contacted me he said he would like 5-6 hours ago , that he will either give me the account back or full refund i said yes and after that nothing not a single word from him

 

Give it some time. I suggest a full refund. Keep me updated on this thread please.

 

ok i will keep you updated , i still havent recevied a message from him i got all day to wait for him to give me my full refund .

 

He hasnt contacted me all day , and i saw he was online on the forums today , i sent him a private message and he didnt answer it even though he was online , he "might" be ignoring me because i have been waiting for him all day and nothing.

 

well pushing limits said to wait for him until its 11:00 pm in his time zone its just 21 minutes away , if he doesnt show up that means he scammed me and is a fraud.

nothing i waited for him until since 9pm -3 am and nothing , not a message on forum niether on runescape .

 

Show me a PM where he says he'll refund you and please make sure there's a time stamp.

i told him if he got it back i would pay him a bit more because i needed the account he tell's me to meet and that he would give me the refund but he wasnt on at all.

Well i got suspicious and asked him where was he and that his never on also to mention this is the last time i heard from him. You can check his account that he has been online on the forums after this a few times.
