I might do this but staying in world 18 at all times seems a bit odd, why can't I leave it and what's stopping me? If you catch me out of world 18 would I be ignored if my name was picked? Is this only for Oct. 18th that I need to be in world 18?

 

you can do anything in w18 pretty much no matter where you are. THe idea is if your in our world higher chance you might try betting. I will see ur name isn't there. and if you win i'll do another random number because you didn't listen to the rules.
