$400 is nothing to people with a million dollar+ networth. there are trust fund babies on rs. anyway, your terms are fine. i do believe if the circumstances of trade were right no one would be scammed. ex. legit buyer, considering this IS an rs account and it IS legit i'm sure you ARE wanting irl money FOR the account NOT free (by free i mean im sure you dont want to rob someone).

in a $1000+ case, you "scamming someone", the united states law would have you refund 100% of the money and a majority of the courts would have your account banned for violating the terms. yes, the courts would have your account banned for wasting their time in court. my dad, a police chief, said some courts probably wouldn't want to waste their time banning it, but if he were a judge, he would.

 

USA law is irrelevant. I live in Canada (and preferably the buyer will too).
At this point, the leading offer is still $1200 by somebody who does live in Canada.

You told me brb. Then, in less than 5 minutes, you "drove" to a bank, withdrew over a thousand dollars, took a picture, uploaded it to your computer and showed me.
