Pure Combat Botting?

So I havn't played runescape at a low level in years and I have a lvl 53 now current starts:

30 Att
50 Str
1 def
56 HP
1 Pray
80 Range
50 Magic.

Im looking to max out all my stats where would you suggest botting a 1 def pure, all stats?

Troll Invasion is your best bet, although I agree with not staying pure.
