    Punkerpunk13 - High Pardon

I've always been bad at introductions, so I'll just get straight to the point..

My name here on Sythe is Punkerpunk13. I'm requesting a High Pardon for the following activity:

    Runescape Account Hi-Jacking
    Attempted Extortion
    Email Hijacking
    DDOS

    Credentials:
    1400+ Vouches: http://ww3.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=942033
    $200 Donator
    6600+ Post count
    $500K+ Traded
Numerous trades well over $1000 each and a few in the $3000+ area.
Anything else I don't really consider worth mentioning.

I'll get straight to my case and try and not leave anything out. I'm not the one to lie when being honest so I hope everything here can be taken whole heartedly, even though it'd be ironic to believe anything I say at this point.

About 3 months ago I think (I know it's awful I can't remember), I got rather agitated with an ex-sythe user and was fed up with his shananigans and lack of morality/respect. The user's name is Milkyway11 (his most known name). Milkyway11 is also known as HC/Lucky D (on RuneScape). Well the story goes, he's a complete douche bag with no morality, even though I can't say too many foul things about others.

I'd like to point out that I could of scammed him numerous times for numerous amounts higher than what I hacked him for, but I didn't, and I wouldn't. I sold him the account Lucky D in march of 2012. I sold it to him for I think about 400M which was I believe was around .40/m at the time. I had no intentions of taking back this account in any way, and to this day don't. As I was saying, about 3 months ago, milkyway11 was staking on the account Lucky D (the one I sold him, it's a maxed boxer). He was training up his other account (HC) to stake on it instead (since he's the original owner). Well, he kept a lot of gold on the account. There were times where I was lead to believe there were amounts ranging from 50-60B+, even 100B (this was a very long time ago). He had complete trust in me, and at one time sold me 20B in one shot for $9500 and I paid it to him (months before this). Well, as I was saying, and seem to be avoiding, I recovered the account. It had ~7.5B on it and I sold it on PA/to a chinese buyer.

My logic behind the hacking wasn't for me to get a quick buck, it was to pay back his victims. He hacked arcus isidar for 2.7B and mohwner for I believe 10B. I can't deny that I was going to keep some gold, but my main intentions were to pay them back and keep a few bills to start trading with. However, it didn't turn out this way. I ended up keeping it all with intentions of giving it to them once I matched it from profits but never got around to it.

Well, that's the first part of my little incident. It wasn't very hard for me to recover Lucky D as it was previously my account, but sadly, the story doesn't end there.

A few weeks or so went on and day by day I was getting more and more greedy. I decided that 7.5B wasn't enough and that I was going to go for something bigger (around 50B+). I started doxing Milkyway11 from previous chat logs, databases for emails/usernames, and forums posts. Eventually, I got everything I could of possibly needed. I'm to this day amazed by how successful I was at this. I had no prior experience with hijacking accounts or doxing, but it's something I just kind of put logic to after hearing numerous people on MSN/Sythe talk about different aspects of it.

When I went to hack HC, I knew I couldn't just simply try to recover it with a random email, I needed something more solid than that, especially now that Lucky D has been hacked (by me). So, instead of planning out my recovery appeal, I started to attempt to hack his emails (inactive ones). He had 2-3 inactive hotmails that I was able to strategically find the security question answers to and a yahoo account. The hotmails were dead ends, but useful nonetheless. After a while, I started to find more emails (yahoo accounts). I would connect them with different things to determine importance. Eventually, I got to his mother's yahoo account. I had never hacked any kind of email before this, but like I said earlier, was simply going off of logic. I ended up calling yahoo to hack his mother's email. Not my proudest moment, but I was successful nonetheless.

After a while, I had previous passwords, creation dates, old sythe accounts, numerous emails, payment invoices, addresses, phone numbers, birthdays of family members, names of family members, etc. I was ready to do this.. I sat down one night and prepared.. I knew what I was doing and I knew I could get it, I did..

After I got it, I had the account for about 2 days or so. Luckily, the account had a pin on it. I'm to this day ever so thankful that the account had a pin on it.. I don't know if I could live with myself if it didn't have a pin on it. I held the account for a couple of days, trying my best to crack the pin, but failing. Eventually, milkyway11 regained control of the account. I DDOS'ed him ever so often to keep hm off of the account, but he eventually was able to retrieve it. I was using a skype resolver to grab his IP then using a booter online to DDOS him.

So, a day or so later, milkyway11 approaches me on Skype (he changed his skype often) asking for my assistance and telling me what happened.. Apparently, there was 100b on the account. After I heard that, I freaked out. I was unbelievably pissed and was thinking ridiculously irrationally that I just tried and tried recovering it as hard as I could, ultimately, with no luck.

A few days go by and I go on a random skype I made to try and extort him by threatening to sell his dox online. At this point, I didn't really care what happened. I kinda just moved on and was like, well, one last shot. Ultimately, it failed, as I knew it would.

I moved on entirely from it and went back to my own thing. I was trading gold, talking to people on MSN, etc. Nothing really changed just I couldn't really shake the thought of what I had done. I won't lie and say it haunted me every second of every day, because quite frankly, it didn't. That's not because I lack morality or character, it's for the simple fact that what I did was in a gray area. On the one hand, it was taking money from a thief, but on the other hand, it didn't belong to me.

So, the bottom line is, I'm asking forgiveness from everybody here at Sythe. I will be entirely honest and admit that I won't be paying him back. I've taken it upon myself to instead give it to Arcus & others that it truly belongs to.

I knew you were sketchy as hell from day one, lets just make that clear.

The way you conducted yourself around the forums before any of this happened is enough to make me tell you to just leave altogether, so I shouldn't have to tell you my stance on this pardon after reading what you've done.

No support, please just leave now and don't come back.

I find it relatively difficult to support a pardon of this caliber. I understand what you are trying to say, I think, but in the end we don't support counter scamming and from what I've collected you pocketed the 7.5b which is around $3000- $3500 at the time if I am correct.

I hate the douchebags and hackers as much as you or the next guy, but I don't see how you expect us to support a pardon where you don't plan on paying pack thousands of dollars worth of goods which you hacked (and profited on) to anyone.

I'd have to see this before considering supporting. I'm not sure who it should be paid back to (probably Arcus and mohwner since the counter-scamming already happened), but it definitely doesn't belong with you.

I thought "I''ve taken it upon myself to instead give it to Arcus & others that it truly belongs to." implied that punker did pay back the 7.5bn that he hacked?

If that is the case then I'd still abstain, as while I can see your intentions, and where you are coming from, it's the fact that you went to such elaborate measures to execute numerous actions which you knew were morally shady, and as a highly reputable marketeer here at Sythe, you should have known better.

Regardless of the justification you have for pulling what you did, you knew it was wrong. I really hate having to do this, especially to you, but I could never trust you again, nor support this pardon.

This is what I see as well. Are you sure that he hacked Arcus in the first place? How would it have been done, I know him and Mo were good friends, I wouldn't question if they shared accounts/wealth but at the same time how would you intend on giving them this money back, would you really keep none for yourself?

It is a basic requirement of any pardon request that in order to have a ban for scamming even considered for a pardon, you must reimburse all victims.

If you aren't going to do this, then your pardon violates our rules about valid pardon requests.

    Closed.
