I bought his junk and in return I was supposed to get a guide but it's shit..

He said it was 10m/hr and that a big lie, read the convos and if you don't understand why it won't work I'll explain in another post. (or read the last few pictures, it's self explanatory..)

I sent him a PM notifying him that he must pay you and anyone else who bought the guide back within 1 week. If he does not reimburse you for the guide within that timeframe, I will ban him. Selling guides which you have not tested yourself, and which do not work, is against the rules.

Although the problem here is I sold my runescape account and there is no way he can reimburse me now.
