So your not buying the account beacuse the user has no rep right. Then why would you ask for it for 40 days then. Your just trying to use people who have no rep so you can benifit by using their accounts to do whatever you want on them then returning it later saying it's a risk for you. True scumbag right here.

 

If you can count rep to security reason then yes. 40 days was for cooldown. Im not trying to use him at all + account was not touched these 40 days just bonded once.

During this 40 day period, I'm assuming he took the account off the market, so you may have lost him a potential sale as well? Just a scumbag move.

After discussing this case with a few other staff members, the decision referenced in my previous post stands. Your concerns about the account's security (which you still haven't elaborated on) don't serve as legitimate justification for you to be able to back out of your prior agreement.

@Public I will give you 48 hours to provide payment for the account - failure to do so will result in a ban.

Hes 2015 user - not new. I have bought multiple accounts with the same 40 day period condition from people, there were only few times I had to cancel the trade. Your name says all about you - junkie cant make the right decidion.
