PUBG fails to load

Recently I bought both PUBG and Overwatch just to play with @Gen and his friends. However PUBG comes up with this error: NOT CONNECTING: unknown error response with status: 0 for url:null). please retry later. I have found only one similiar thread on Google which adviced me to open the ports assigned to the game. As far as I could figure out those are 80, 81 and 443. I have got those opened and it still gives me the same error. The only way I managed to get it to work was by spamming the Reconnect button. Any ways to fix this? I have also tried verifying the game cache.

 

Turn on Windows Defender, and turn off your windows firewall. After that, run steam as an administrator and see if that helps at all.
