Seventeen requesting a pardon for ban.

Sent here by carrot man @Wortel after I posted this: I would like to make a return to the community

    Your profile link: Seventeen

Report/post/reason that got you banned: seventeen

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: N/a

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Nothing at all.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
It has been a little over a year and a half since I was removed from the community over a very controversial situation that I still to this day believe should not have been laid on me. I will go into detail below.

I recently have gotten back into online trading of virtual goods and I wouldn't like anything more to reclaim the reputation that was once me in this community. I doubt many people remember me fully because I did not always partake in general discussions, I was strictly business and wanted to create an environment for people to feel safe and trust when using my services. ( I was mainly in the OSRS service market and RSPS trading but did business in other sections of the site as well )

    Why I was banned:
    seventeen
This link above was the thread that houses my last post on Sythe. The situation was very sticky and was brought onto me because of someone else's choice to scam quit his way out of Sythe. (@Furreal) I sold him an account I had made myself for polypore staking. Everything was smooth but then to my understanding, he went on to eventually sell that same account to @gucci2525. This is where things got fishy because @Furreal not long after decided to scam quit off the site. Once I realized that this had occurred, I took it upon myself to reclaim my account because he had scammed many of the service providers I do business with on a daily basis. That wasn't something I was okay with. To my surprise, @Furreal had sold the account to someone else. When it was brought to my knowledge, I immediately wanted to give back what was taken from @gucci2525. He went a little over the top by claiming the wealth that was "left on the account" but I do not use that against him because I think most people would react in that manner if they were in his shoes. After doing some quick research @gucci2525 has become a well rounded service provider on the site (also owning a site of his own) and is not here to take advantage of people. In the event of the situation, he wanted what was his and I can only respect him for that. But this event happening was then placed onto my shoulders to repay @gucci2525 for his loss when in reality, neither of us had done anything wrong.

Why I want to make a return:
After almost a year and a half out of the virtual trading business I have regained the motivation to pick up where I left off in creating a safe environment for people to trade in. I have a lot of respect for the community as a whole and always have. I do not wish to come in to make quick cash or disrupt what has taken place during my absence.

Message to the admins who take this over:
First off thanks for taking the time to read this thread. But secondly, could you please give me full guidance on what I need to do as of now. Again my point of this is that I do not believe I deserve to repay a user on someone else's behalf after they chose to break rules multiple times. BUT! That does not mean I am not open to all options. I mainly would like to be told what exactly the community would need from me so that I can reclaim my spot within it. I am not here to argue or point fingers or anything of that nature.

Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes.

Previous pardon link(s) if applicable: N/a

Seventeen requesting a pardon for ban.

    User: Seventeen - Scamming
    User: Hanzo - Ban evading
Previously been accused of ban evading on this user: GoldForPP.

    Scam report 1: seventeen
    Scam victim: @gucci2525 (Skype: "gucci2435")
    Scam debt: 50M 07GP @ Mar 2017 (Approx. 55$)

Scam report 2: Seventeen Recovered account
Scam victim: @DreamGold (banned so this goes to community repayment fund)
    Scam debt: 75m 07 & 700m RS3 or 175m 07 @ Apr 2017 (83 + 147 = Approx. 230$)

You keep making pardons yet keep refusing to refund. I get that you were caught in an infortunate situation, but just because someone's become a well rounded service provider does not mean you don't have to repay your scam victims. Please do so, otherwise we might just stop right here.
