paid 30m for mith gloves and few other quests on the condition he was not to get defence.

pmed me yesterday asking if i had logged on i told him no to which he tells me somehow the account has gotten 2 defence.

brand new email i made less than a week ago and havent signed up to any websites on it except runescape, tells me he didnt get the level so his not refunding or starting again on a fresh account.

i am not saying he scammed me but something needs to happen as it wasnt me who logged on/got 2 defence.

the account is now useless to me as myself or anyone else does not want a 2 def pure lol, would prefer he just start again on a new account. not sure what to do as he isnt giving me any option other than to open a scam report.
