Briefly explain the trade: He contacted me via-PM wanting to buy my Minecraft account from me and then added me on Skype. We agreed to a trade via-Paypal.

How they scammed: He said that he did not want to go first because I was a 'newcomer', and he didn't trust me (although using Paypal is pretty much 100% safe). I let him login the account first, and then he would send me the money, but I never received a payment, and soon after he blocked me from Skype.
