Bus and my deposit

Note this is not meant as a report yet, but me asking for advice!

I started working for BUS369 like two weeks ago. Without going into any details of how it's all been, he kicked me out 2 days ago. After asking him (multiple times) what was going on (yes right, he just kicked me without feeling the need of explaining anything) he told me he was investigating some things about me.
- DDOSing someone on a main I rented out and the money he did put on it. (Does this even make sense while I could've just kicked him off the account without needing to DDOS him (I dont even know how to do it) if I wanted to?
- Being rude to his customers: Maybe I could've been rude to some or another after asking me the same question for the 100th time or because they were getting mad @ me for Bus being late on payments etc...
- Scam reports: I don't know what he's talking about here, but I suppose he will share it with us.

I wasn't planning on making this thread, but since he just keeps ignoring the fact he needs to sort this out (he makes excuses) and doesn't give back my deposit. I'm asking here what I should do?

PS: This is about a 500$ deposit so it's a big deal to me.
Oh and btw, does anyone know howlong his ban is? He's been telling his workers it was 3 days, but it hasn't been lifted yet? Did he lie or something else is going on

Actually the reports against you are legitimate. I was in team speak when the user renting the max main was hit offline and the pass changed. He lost 120m plus the rental fee.

 

You need to be a certified runescape phisher to be one of his livechat agents.
