Standard Disclaimer:
It is against Neopets TOS to exchange your real life money for their items, accounts, or pets.
I will provide advice and guidance on safely moving pets & items or taking over a new account, but you must always be aware there is risk inherent in any purchase and should practice caution in abundance.
My store items are not stolen from active users.
I do not condone the theft of active accounts, ever.
