Prutser scam me 30m for tuts accs

Proof that it's their Discord: Join his discord server through his website Home - Prutser Also Unique Discord ID matches his profile.
Explanation of the trade: first I bought 200 accounts done tuts for 30m ( 150k/ea ), he sent me 199 and I check them 104 was invalid and the rest is 80% is not done tuts I don't know that yet and add primes to them, then he replaces 104 invalids for me and I tell him rest of accounts not done tuts so he replaces for me 14 accounts sent in chat and 91 accounts sent in .txt file I checked them they are mixed not done tuts too so I ask for a refund he agreed they not work and want a refund for me. But I need accounts so I ask him if he has good replace just replace for me and he said he had so he gave me 200 accounts replace in .txt file then I checked them and they are mixed accounts not done tuts again so I ask for a refund again, now he's lying about they are working and don't want a refund for me so I login random to his accounts and show him video after that he blocked me.

At first i did indeed sold him accounts that weren't as advertised. (This was due to MY mistake)
So i offered him a refund or replacements.
He wanted replacements so i sent him those.
Out of all replacements there were some accounts that got locked.
So i asked again (Refund or Replacements)
He wanted a refund. (when i wasn't available)
When i was available he asked me again for replacements.
I felt bad so i had just sent him 200 new accounts.
1 of these accounts was locked. (This doesnt mean that it was locked on time of sale)

He kept asking for a refund while owning ~100 extra accounts.
Discussion escalated a bit and i blocked/banned him.
Never had this much problems with ANY of my customers!

EDIT: Also should add that he said he checked accounts that weren't finished So i checked what he randomly picked from the list and those WERE finished (Lying basterd)

 

I still have all file he sent for me so if mod want check contact me. Also i can provide video login all of those accounts they mixed finish and unfinish accounts, it's bad quality ofc i want full refund.

 

Also i ask for refund not because accounts locked, it's because bad quality accounts unfinish tuts. You blocked/banned me because I show u proof ( video ) lol.

U own over 250 accounts that have finished tutorial island.

Just to be clear First 200 accounts were bad! (Locked or unfinished is the same cuz its bad so thats why i offer replacement/refund)
After they are AS advertised and next time maybe go for the refund i offered u TWICE.
Instead of making me send u twice as much as u paid for and then still trying to get a refund.

 

Why you don't go check your accounts ?, u just keep claiming they are good but you don't check them i will sent all file u said to mod so he can check them if he want.

I would really like to lose my do not trade status..

Scamming would mean i would have stolen
I had sent this guy 87.5m worth of accounts (with around 60m worth of good accounts)
he had paid 30m
Obviously i cannot sell again what i sold him because he has account credentials.

 

I not even touch them, because many of them not are working you just claiming about 87.5m but so many of them not working, also I'm losing my 100 primes = 33$ without any complain about you.

 

again, out of first 200 103 accounts were bad
What i send u after that, less than 5 were bad

Edit: i got all credentials and u only had 21 primed

 

Fine with this was my fault in first instance.
He preferred replacements over refund TWICE tho

He refunded 15m, i don't want go further to check 500 accounts and record video to get 30m it not work my times, but u need warning him about his service.
