I am pretty good about writing with good grammar and spelling, although I don't always use it on the computer. I do try to make myself come across as an intelligent being instead of a "n00b".

In most situations I find it's simply easier to use "u" than "you" haha I tend to disregard grammar when I'm

    A) tired
    B) super excited
    C) when I'm talking to friends

I absolutely hate it when anybody doesn't you proper grammar. Sure I'll forget the end punctuation but that's not as important as making sure all my words are in order. I even text like that. I have capitalization, comas, parenthesis, apostrophes, etc in all that I write out.

    No! o_O

Exactly my point, 14-16 year olds are just kids. It doesn't matter that I use spell check, but kids don't and they don't seem to care about their spelling or grammar use.
