PROOF THAT GOLD4RS [GOLDRS3] are scammers

So four days ago i bought powerleveling from them. 1-80 str. It does not seem as much but when you have 1 atkk 1 def it comes up to around $140. Ontop of that i was told that i need at least 2M for the training which i did not have so i bought that for another $9. If you guys did not know, powerleveling needs membership, which i did not know at the time. So before i even paid for the service i asked three different operators, asking if i were to be banned that they would compensate in full for everything lost. Given confirmation and that they dont have unhappy customers i stupidly bought their service. I had bought 6 months of membership on my account the day of because its a good deal for 39.95. After buying the service i received TERRIBLE service from the start. They told me that my account would take 200 hours and that i should come back or be emailed when it was done. The next day i searched up my account to see the progress to find that my account was no longer listed on the hi scores list. Of course i already know what that means, given that i have been banned i go to them asking what is happening. For 6 hours the response i have gotten from 3 different operators was that my account was NOT banned and that i should continue waiting 200 hours for the service to be completed. Upset, i kept bothering them until one operator finally looked into it and told me it was banned. Where we came to the agreement that i would be compensated for everything when the MANAGER comes in 12 hours from now. So she tells me i should make another account and let them train it. Which i do (i bought one more month of membership). THE NEXT day, the same thing happens and my account is now banned again. THIS TIME.. the operators take 12 hours of denying it is banned, saying that i should not worry dont worry and all that stupid retarded shit. Finally after almost losing temper on one of the operators, he looks into it and tells me my account is banned. At this point i get completely fed up with not only the continuous banning, but the constant lying and poor customer service. At this point i ask for a complete compensation or refund for the PL lost, my 2M that i had to buy for it, the 7 months membership that i had lost to their continuous Macroing - which was confirmed for the perm ban on both accounts (BOTTING) not even manual training. Seriously if you are a company trying to compete with others out there, you are fucking up. So i try to ask for a manager 2 hours ago, where this conversation happens.


After that conversation where i have been completely ignored and then kicked off. i try to contact another operator. At this point i realize that they ban me off their Live Chat Communication. On their website i am unable to access their live chat link anymore.

This website is definitely not legit. And more so sketch. Please get the word around about this terrible business. It is a walking scamming site ready to steal your money and run. If anyone can give me any ideas on how to get my money back or what i need to do to take action against this company i would love to hear your ideas. Did they in any way break their agreement? Do you have a screenshot of the agreement you made?
Does that agreement state that you will be refunded x amount in the case of a ban?
