cant delete email off account

I'm trying to remove the email off an account I'm going to sell, but when I get to the unsubscribe link, it tells me I need an unsubscribe code. They said they sent the code to the email, but it didn't and I requested it numerous times with no luck. Idk how else to get the email off when the code wont send, can anyone help? Its yahoo if that matters.

 

Try and look in your spam folder. Yahoo classifies certain emails as spam for some reason.

 

I checked every folder, no luck.

 

Shoot jagex an email and hopefully they will remove it manually. I had to do this when it became impossible to recover my original email account. If your not the original owner it may make it difficult to recover, but worth a try. I am going to assume your email isn't the one attached to the account because confirmation code emails don't just disappear.

 

Run a search for emails sent by Jagex. =/ I'm stumped. Or contact Jagex on their site saying that the emails don't get to you.

 

If you don't get it in a certain e-mail, you can change the e-mail on the account(it'll take 14 days, since you can't get the code) and then unsubscribe with that. I'd change it to something reliable, like gmail. I hope I helped. >.>

 

I guess I'll send them an email through customer support or something, and if that don't work I'll try what Harped suggested. thanks guys
