We’ve lost several staff members recently - namely Shinoda, thorpe, cool372, and DarkSpark, all of whom asked to be demoted. Jonny is temporarily demodded until he’s able to come back (family issues), as well as Shawn_ (internet issues). So here’s a nice big round of promotions.

All permissions are done.

Blizzind --> Global
Daily500 --> Global
DaRk NiGhT --> Global
