Project Moonshine

Hello everybody

Well, the cheapest vodka in Sweden is about 29 USD. So I decided to make my own
On Friday i brought my friends home to me and we drank my last booze and beer. And on Saturday morning we went to the store to get everything.
It all costed about 161USD which was a bit more than I had expected (damn).
Then when we got home we started to work.
We had to make a spiral out of a 5 meter long copper pipe.
Then we had to insert it together with a heater through the lid.
After that we added shit load of silicone to make it watertight.

The cheapest in Sweden is £15 ($30)? Jesus..

That's alot. You can get some REALLY bad stuff in England,
called Vodkat, which is like £6 ($12).. But it's REALLY bad.

Sweden's really expensive, though. I went once.

 

Wow :O. Here in Estonia, a litre is about 12.5 $.
Oh and sorry, I just got to say it, it's cost, not costed.

No I'm making 96% booze if everything works out Which involves distilling.
Then I'm going to add water to it so I get twice as much 40%

I hate beer. Vodka is much better.

It's illegal as hell.
But I drink mostly because I like to experiment with the body and find the effects of alcohol interesting.

Ok since I was banned shortly after this I never had time to post an update on this.
The first time was successful I managed to get 6.5Litres of 40%.

I'm currently on my second now. I had some problems last night. The lid cracked open and all the sweet alcohol escaped through there :/
Now I've fixed it but my guess is that I lost about 2-3litres because of that
