Project-dayz Reborn!

Introduction

Hey guys, I have gotten the spirit to start-up Project-Dayz again. But this time, I have a new laptop and my friend is letting me use his VPS! With my new laptop I can take tons of videos unlike my shitty desktop. Anyways, my goal for Project-Dayz is to be the best 317 server there is!

Specialties of the vps:
8GB of ram
Quad core 2.73GHz
16MB Upload internet connection.

With all of this, I am hoping project-dayz can hold 500-800 people.

Economy:
The economy in this server is going to be absolutely amazing, the shops will sell little items, npc drops are just right.

While I add armor sets into the server(add to server is being able to obtain the item/set)

Shops:

Shops sell basic, easy to obtain armour. Shops do not sell all the good items in the game like most servers do, and item amounts in shops are infinite.

Skills:

Combat - 90% done; 1 Known bug that's pretty big, some minor flaws here and there.

Range - 98% done; Very well done, definetly the best in the 317s, only flaw is the dart projectiles. Maxhits are actually 99% the same as runescape!

Magic - 95% done; Awesomely done, Autocasting, Chasing players with it, 90% of the spells work, effects(freezing, lowering stats).

Prayer - 100% done; Works awesomely with all new prayers.

Runecrafting - 70% done; Works, But I need to make a way to get the essence and get to the abyss

Herblore - 70% done; It works, but I still need a way to get the herbs

Thieving - 90% done; Only pickpocketting, but that's all I'm planning on making.

Crafting - 50% done; only have d'hide crafting so far.

Fletching - 100% done; Works exactly like rs, no known flaws.

Cooking - 100% done; Works exactly like rs, no known flaws.

Slaying - 95% done; need to add new tasks.

Fishing - 100% done; works fantastically

Woodcutting - 95% done; Works, But I need to add some magic trees around.

Mini games:

Dueling - 99% done; All duel rules work, 2nd screen doesn't show the stakes. Got all the configuration for the duel rules, I <3 you Vastico



Mage Arena - 99% done; Practically perfect, but the npcs are refusing to talk and do animations when they spawn.

Barrows - 80% done; Re-made barrows, there is no tunnels, it is almost exactly like battlescape's barrows.

Castle wars - 30%; Has the basic point and PvP system down, but needs underground and more areas.

Pest Control - 0%; Going to re-write the code.

Fight Pits - 10% done; you can fight in it and revive out of pits.

Fight Caves - 90% done; Need to test for bugged waves, and need to delete the 3 extra waves.

Quests:

Desert Treasure - 100% done;

Lost city - 100% done

Monkey madness - 100% done

Roving Elves - 0% done

rune mysteries - 0% done

Lunar diplomacy - 0% done

Clue scrolls:

1/15; Made the base, still need to think of good rewards and good clues to add.

Items:

98% done, just need zammy/sara/guthix robes. If somebody can give me models and ints for these, I will gladly put your name in the credits

NPCs:

NPC attacks with melee: 100%
NPC attacks with mage: 100%
NPC attacks with range: 100%
NPC vs. NPC: 0%; Didn't start yet.
Quest/minigame npcs: 95%; Only you can attack them, but if you logout, or leave, they stay.

Beta
After each server goal reaches 100%, there will be a 1 week beta, with 20 open slots. Each bug reported will be rewarded from 50-200k ingame cash, depending on how big the bug is. If you would like to be beta, be active, mature, and helpful on the website. If you want to know the website just ask, because im not allowed to advertise.

Completed awesome clipped following!
Nearly completed the PvP server.
Made void knight armour effects.
Worked on desert treasure.
SYI'd myself for teh lulz, held 150 no lagg.

January 5th -

Failed at fixing a following bug.
Added Blessed Robes.
Added 3rd age
Just about finished desert treasure.
fixed some small bugs.

January 6th -

Started lunar magicks.
Finished desert treasure
Started making more shops
