I'm looking to get into Website design and GFX. Just as a start, looking to see what programs everyone uses for GFX and maybe a sample of something they have made with it?

    Programs?

    I use Adobe Photoshop CS6,

Just made this on there, I would love to learn new software though...

The more 3D things you see are made in After effects I believe:)

    This.

I've only just started getting into GFX myself. I picked up Photoshop and Lightroom I think? For like $10 a month, and I've just been looking up tutorials and shit on YouTube. Doesn't take too long to get going and once you do it becomes a breeze using it.

I'm looking at moving onto Cinema 4D to get into 3D design for logos and stuff.

After effects is good even though I haven't delved that far yet, but making animated designs and stuff is good there.

I'd say start with Photoshop and move from there.

Thanks everyone. Do these need to be purchased in full, or do any of you have resources? I looked at C4D and it was like $3,650? lmao.

Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom can be purchased and used for $10 a month for both. Just go to www.adobe.com and head over to the plans and get that deal. Seems the best.

And yeah Cinema 4D is pretty expensive. I think you can find it for like $700 lowest I think.

Video Editing: Adobe Premiere - Adobe After Effects - Sony Vegas Pro (most recent version) - Cinema 4D

Webdesign: Sublime Text 2-3 and to learn CMS's a good start would be Wordpress.

Shh, you're not allowed to say that. All them hardcore 12 year old editors will see this and be angry because you exposed them. They like to think they've legitimately bought the program. SHHHHHH Corey.

Photoshop CS2 is free on Adobe's website. There's everything you need in there to get you started. In fact, a LOT of the tools in CS2 are the same as the other versions. I used it for a year.

*You can also download After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator CS2 for free on Adobe's website, if you want.

    https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs2-product-downloads.html#

Just create an adobe account and you will be able to download these. (legally)

Try going on YouTube. There's a ton of tutorials and downloads on there.
Just filter for viewcount. Almost all are clean and safe.
