Profile Image Issue (It's annoying)

Hello,

I recently (Today) tried to change my Profile Avatar to (https://i.imgur.com/JaTXzew.gif).

I know the size and quality is correct so that's not the issue but when I tried to change it I got the three little "Loading Dots" on the top right of my screen but it doesn't go anywhere and it removed my old avatar.

Could someone add it manually to my avatar please and thank you.

 

This is an ongoing issue on Sythe, though I believe I've cracked the reason why this keeps happening to users: the amount of frames. For example mine is around 15 frames, though yours is 148 frames. Ask your designer to crop the amount of frames and it'll work - it might be at the cost of the avatar's quality though, because lesser frames simply means a smaller video - which .GIF's basically are.

 

I just edited the avatar yet it still won't upload (Kind of wish I could see some sort of error but I can't).

Ok now you're just being mean. I'm lost now. Perhaps try to reduce them even more in frames or try resizing them to 150x150. It's basically a game for everyone here. I've had many avatars I'd love to use, yet I can't because whatever logic.

 

I've been trying to upload them but it seems that Sythe is like "Great Avatar! but I decided not to let you upload it for any reason what so ever."

Just to confirm the images are 150x150 and within quality/Size parameters it's frustrating lol.

Also, while I have you here I'd like to ask if it was possible to merge my other account with this account including vouches or do I just need to deal with it. I just don't want people thinking I'm trying to multi.

 

I'm afraid the ones you've just sent are 200x200, not 150x150.

And no, this is impossible.

 

Oh damn, you're right let me try it again but my current one is 200x200 as well.
