Problem with PrizeBox !

I donated more 50 $ and i received a prizebox ... i opened it and i won a candy cane .... but for some reason it doesnt appear ... on minirank manager !

donated again 50 $ ... and didint got the "bitchface" prizebox minirank ! so now i have 2 prizebox which i won but i didnt got them .

 

PM an Admin in future, I've sent the issue to Matthew
