problem with paypal.

Well, I tried to claim and cancel. Now I can't do anything I can't even cancel my claim I can't send money nothing.


(I didn't know where else to post this) If anyone knows whats wrong post.

in this you have been limited, paypal has seen a few of your trade where u done the C+C (claim and cancle) and now the limited you and are taking matters into there own hands, sorry but the money u sent will most likely be recovered by u. this has happened to me twice then i got verifyed.
