Problem with PayPal accounts.

Hey there. I've got fallowing problems with my PayPal accounts.

A = My Verified PayPal
B = My fake one PayPal
C = Buyer who bought cash from me. (I've got chargeback from him on my "B" account, but i actually won that dispute and he didn't get he's money back)

The question is, how i can get back my money, due my "B" PayPal account got limited and check screen how does my "A" real PayPal looks now.

P.S. This happened when my fake paypal got limited, for a while later my verified paypal was with negative balance.

Can someone explain me what actually to do, because PayPal is not answering too long on my Verified PayPal. Thanx.
