    Problem with my server.
    I made a no-ip account, I'm on testscape and I've downloaded mopar. I changed my server name to something but it always come up as testscape.

    ALSO:

    I'm trying to make myself the owner but it won't work. I change player rights to 3 but nothing happens when I log in. How do i make this work? I'm using mopar scape with aryan 3.2 thanks
