Kina being banned (from ooga)

First of all , I thought you guys don't accept any proof from me, i don't get why you accept this one though.
Second of all, he came back and said he couldn't do it that's retetarded.
Thirdly, he never contacted me asking me to post it, but I am Oogabooga and I do bring out the truth.
Fourthly, I'm the fucking man, this is the truth, he declined it after he asked Karl. I would like nothing more for him to be banned, but I'm 2 legit. Sorry.

Wait what... Was Kin seriously banned for agreeing to design a website to make it look like a phishing site TWO years ago, but then turning it down after asking Karl if he could, or I am missing something lol??

Edit: From Ooga - I don't think I ever reported him tbh was suprised to see this. He said no, Obviously this isn't a good chat log he said he wouldn't do it though. Pretty stupid of you guys to ban someone over that, and you even said you don't accept proof I offer anymroe lol.

this situation is messed up, it needs to be re-evaluated... Kina was such a good member at one time. I understand the TWC, but his ban needs to be looked over more carefully

 

As much as I didn't like Kina because of his flagrant abuse of power when he was mod, it would be wrong to celebrate a wrongful ban.

 

Can someone get me a statement from Kina on this?

 

I think its a lowblow to be honest.

 

I remember kina asked me about this back then and I remember he refused to do it after he asked a mod if he was allowed to. I don't think he deserves a ban or twc since he didn't do the service after he figured out he wasn't allowed to.

 

After reading everything that has happened I also don't believe that he deserves a ban especially if he didn't even do the service.

 

Wasn't he banned for something completely unrelated to this?

 

No, he was given a TWC for a different report but I believe he was banned from that.

 

If this is really why he was banned, then wow. Every day with this... for Kina, it is business; he asked permission to avoid this very situation.

Think of the person who is reporting him, think of his five-inch "on a good day" penis, think of what he has to lose by withholding information.

The TWC was for something else and should stay, of course.

 

Kin should have been banned long ago.

Kina's been involved in a number of unfortunate events and we've always had to be the ones to fix it for him. I won't go any further than that.

 

Unfortunate? Unfortunate isn't a word I would use to describe any of the situations. A lot of things he has brought on himself for being unprofessional and completely shady on numerous fronts. He has deserved a ban many times, the biggest being the complete Finn-esque abuse of powers when he was a graphics mod to manipulate the staff into banning at least one, but most likely more, active members of the graphics community. Why? To eliminate competition because they were producing very similar graphics at a rate that was generally only 20% of what he charged. I've had gos with him on many occasions because I called him out on these things. Then there is the many reports of people who paid $50+ for graphics that were essentially just recycled, and I could go on. But what is the point?
