This report has been under review for nearly two weeks now. I do apologize for any inconenience / time this report has taken.

After reviewing all the betting logs / 8 months of discord logs / discord agreements. It's evident Jam3s was involved with this debt, but it is also evident @Owner was involved in these debts. Whether or not the wallets belonged to @Owner, Jam3s, is irrelevant. What does matter, is the fact that @Owner is the owner of Elite Ranks and therefore is responsible for his co-owner's actions. He is responsible for the 4.1B RS3 debt that has occurred. Your wallet funds was transferred to @Owner / Coin which should have been cashed out.
