Prison overcrowding & Death Penalty

Can a hitman get the death penalty in any nation in the world?

 

i dont think you know what they do in prison?
they do do manual labour its not a walk in the park for them
and saying that if you kill somone you deserve to die is a very narrow minded and stupid response

 

It isn't murderers and rapists getting free'd it's petty things like burglary and car thiefs etc. Which yeah is wrong but they're not letting out 25,000 Rapists, murderers etc.

 

Bring back the gallows...
I think if the prisoner is sentanced to life well then they should just hang him...

So if you had a child, if they were murdered, you would want the murderer to be hanged wouldn't you. I don't see it as a stupid view, its a primal instinct, and nothing we can do can get rid of it. And some rapist's and murderers have been released early due to overcrowding.

 

Honestly, the way I feel about if you kill someone, you die. If you kill them by dragging them down a cliff then you get hoisted up by helicopter and drug up and down a cliff til you die. Then all these killers, if they had the urge to kill would maybe not. Although you see some killers that are just out of their minds and what ever happens to them may not phase them. Also, I think that if you get put on death row there needs to be nothing over 6 months that you wait to die because at the moment, there are ways to get a new court case and then you get another year or what to live because you kept getting new cases. Now, from what ive heard they got rid of the thing where you can get new lawyers so that fixes that. But...now days for some reason court cases still last like 6 years or somthing like that. Basicly, if you dont understand what I said above..I said, death row needs to be much quicker and punishment far more severe.

 

Yes but organizing those punishments would waste government time and money. Although it would lower the murder rate i expect.
